Southern Cover Crop Variety Trial
Ten (10) Southern states evaluated 20 cover crop varieties. Winter species included cereal rye, crimson clover, vetch, turnip varieties, and more. The report breaks out some of the winners in the categories for height, total mass, weed suppression, and nitrogen in each of the participating Southern states.
